I want to thank all of people who emailed in answers. This was fun and I hope to do it again next month. The photo in question was not photoshopped, but it is magnified somewhat. I was sitting in my car on a rainy night last week, waiting for Steve's basketball practice to end and practice was running very late. I think it was a Thursday night. For some reason I had my camera with me. I read a little, I listened to the Univ of Miami-Pittsburgh football game on the radio and then I looked at the little raindrops that had formed on my windshield. That's what they are, raindrops. It was something slighter than a mist, but not enough to wet the entire windshield. The parking lot has an amber halogen lamp lighting it, and that's what gives this photo its "golden" glow. There were a couple of guesses that were pretty close, notably the "bubbles in glass," and the "Fizzy bubbles in a soft drink." I'
d say those two answers came the closest and the senders tie as winners. Thanks again for such an avid response and we'll see if we can do it again next month!
